The purpose of the Hana Lima Scholarship is to give financial assistance to students participating in a vocational or technical education program for occupations that can provide a “living wage” in a specific segment of employment. This $1,500 scholarship gives financial assistance toward tuition, books, required tools and uniforms for a vocational program.

1. Complete and print out the application.

2. Review the Checklist of Required Documentation and return it along with the application.
3. Completed applications and all required documentation may ONLY be submitted by mail or hand delivered to:

Selection Criteria

The Hana Lima Scholarship is a need-based vocational education scholarship with preference given to non-traditional students: single parents, disabled (meets ADA definition), houseless, sole-income providers, previously incarcerated and wards of the court. *

Students pursuing a major in Liberal Arts do not qualify for this award as this scholarship supports students who have declared and are committed to a specific program of study.
